Fundamentals of Tango Workshop and Brunch, 14 June 2025

Hello all! We’ll hold a Fundamentals of Argentine Tango Workshop and Tango session on the morning of June 14 (10 am- 2 pm) at our Home Studio in Annandale, VA. We’ll work on the most important aspects to tango- walks, ochos, molinete, crusada, and we’ll explore the eight count basic, as well as whatever else we can manage in the time we have. We’ll take a break part way through to enjoy brunch together; if you come, please bring a breakfast dish or beverage to contribute to the fun (no fast food or sodas; preferably organic!). Please contact Migle for more information or if you want to coordinate what you are bringing.
We can host the first 14 people who sign up; 7 women and 7 men to keep the ratio even. Please register as soon as you are able. It $45 for one attendee for the event and $80 for couples (leader/follower couples only). If you have credit from a past event or special, please email me that you are attending so I can track the numbers and ratio.

This summer is great for tango. There are lots of fun events and milongas coming, so it is time to start practicing! The Sunday milonga at Freedom Plaza is a great weekly event, and several other fun milongas. At the end of the summer, we might even have a Tango immersion!
