DanceSport Endurance® is a rigorous workout blending movements from the world’s most popular Ballroom and Latin dances, creating a fitness routine that improves rhythm, strength, flexibility, and coordination. DSE creator Todd Borzych has taught DanceSport Endurance at dance camps, colleges, studios, and gyms on the east coast for 6 years! He has been invited to teach at dancecamps in which Dancing With the Stars dancers Alec, Edyta, Karina, and Tony teach as well, and his classes were among the largest at the camps! His workout received a rave review from World 10-dance champion Iveta Lukosieta when she recently took the class at a Championship Dance Camp at which Todd Borzych was motivating dancers of all levels!
The workout contains 8 dances in a specially designed format to bring your heart rate up in two phases. It contains a COMBINED FRONTAL/REAR VIEW, which helps dancers to imitate the professional latin and ballroom dancers in the DVD!

I want to share with all of you a brand new piece of software called Mobile Monopoly.
